About Us

Changsha J & W Electronics Corp., Ltd. (formerly Hunan Yahua Seeds Co., Ltd., established in 1998), is a manufacturer and supplier of transistors and electronic components. Our main products are presently power transistors and diodes, and our facilities include 16 production lines producing over 3,500 items. 



We use our own laser printing machines to produce such models as TO-92, TO-126, TO-202, TO-3, TO-3pl, TO-66 mt-200 and many others. Our most popular items are our MJE and BT series.
